Take Your Child to the Library Day

Saturday, Feb. 3rd, 2024 is “Take Your Child to the Library” day! Your local   library is an ideal place for children to play, discover, make friends, and have fun.   Visit the Cathlamet Public Library on Feb. 3 and listen to a fun storytime,   followed by a robotics demonstration and crafts.

  • 1pm:  Storytime for ages 2-6 (in the library, special opening time 12:45pm)

          Downstairs below the library:

  • 1:30-2pm:  Robo Rascals robotics club demonstration (all ages)
  • 2-3pm: Edible Snowman craft (marshmallows and candy) and Shrinkie Art (make your own medallion)

New this year, library cards are free for all Wahkiakum county residents. The library offers different resources, including public computers and printing, storytime, and online eBooks, magazines and audiobooks.
